Look mom, I’m in the April 2015 issue of GQ UK with Will Ferrell! 😀

So here’s what happened:

It was a lovely Thursday afternoon, and I had eyes only for my groom, Leonard.*

The soft rays of the sun reflecting off his crisp white shirt, the sounds of birds chirping in the air, and the gentle wafts of sweet floral scents made the day seem all too peaceful.

BECAUSE IT WAS!! Photobomber alert at 9 o clock.

Armed with confetti!

Does anyone know who he is?! I heard he goes by the name Ron Burgundy.

*Leonard Kim is not my real husband. He is single and ready to mingle, ladies! 😉

Someone made a funny!

The other dress we were thinking about using (aka my senior prom dress) =P

Bridesmaid, groom, and I looking fly with the coolest comedian in town.

Will Ferrell!! He’s actually very soft spoken and kind in person. Our portion of the shoot was at a retirement home and at least 17 different old ladies came up to him requesting photos. He never said no and made each of them feel special 🙂 Although he’d already had a full day of shooting and was visibly tired, after the shoot he spent 30 minutes taking pics with all the crew and cast members, even taking multiple silly pics with people. Super nice guy!

November has been an exciting month! I started out the month with a photoshoot with a very funny American celebrity for Britain’s GQ Magazine. I can’t reveal his identity until the issue comes out (April 2015), but for now, I’ll leave you with some behind the scenes photos!

The following week, I was cast in an Edison SoCal print shoot where I got to get my profesh look on. Baby you can trust me, I’m a professional 😉

This past week I played a mom (!! am I getting old?!) to an adorable four-year old girl for a milk commercial for the China market. It was so fun working with this mischievous little girl.

As Tinseltown gets ready to ring in the holidays with all the glitz and glam that only Hollywood can, may you find love, peace and joy all around. Good tidings to you, and all whom you love!

It’s really a special feeling to work with a photographer who understands you and is able to both capture you as you are, and push you creatively to try new things. I had the honor of working with Michel Roy and Chris Alves last week in a beautiful studio in Sherman Oaks. Michel and Chris both captured moments that I absolutely love! Lately, I’ve been going through a lot of emotions: excitement, happiness and hope, but also disappointment, hurt and sadness. When I get lost in the craziness of the world, I write music to soothe my soul. I’ve written a bunch of songs in the last month, and here’s my latest little tune.

Your 20’s are an awkward time… especially when it comes to dating. “My awkward 20-something life” is a web series about the struggles of dating, transitioning to adulthood, and chasing your dreams during your twenties, written by and starring yours truly.

I had so much fun playing Snow White in the all new Star Wars Musical, created by George Shaw! It’s a fan film that collides the worlds of Disney and Star Wars into a musical, shot entirely on green screen with multi-planer hand painted backdrops in Disney animated tradition.

Since its release just yesterday, it has received publicity in Yahoo News, Entertainment Weekly, Angry Asian Man, Cinema Blend, Slash News and more… and is already at 20,000 views! I am so thankful I got to be part of such a fun and cool project. Congrats to the amazing film makers George Shaw and Jeffrey Gee Chin!

I recently did a silent short horror film called The State of Dreaming. Those of you who know me know that I’m a happy go lucky, plucky kid at heart, so this role was a bit of a challenge, but still very fun to play despite the dark subject matter!

Just having fun being hipster on a Sunday afternoon with one of my best friends 🙂
